REFUND / RETURN POLICY
All Jewelry and Customized item sales are final. If any Jewelry or customized item is received damaged or inaccurate (not as ordered), please contact us at email@example.com within 3 Days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or a store credit. Any items in need of an exchange will be charged shipping.
Clothing has a 30 day Exchange policy with the exception of customized items, which are only returnable if they do not arrive as ordered or arrive damaged. In which case, we will replace / exchange or credit your account for the damaged item(s) as long as we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the order.
The return policy requires that you, the buyer, pay for all shipping cost associated with purchase, return, or exchange unless stated otherwise (example: coupon code or free shipping sale).
To receive store credit or exchange any damaged or inaccurate item(s) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to return an item after the 30 day period, you are still responsible to ship the item(s) back to Blue Tinsel and any items received after a 30 day period will only be eligible for a store credit and no exchanges.
We must receive an email to Info@BlueTinsel.com prior to any returns or exchanges so that we can provide further return or exchange instructions.
